Affare fatto! 2 is the second volume of a course
aimed at learners who want to reach an
intermediate level in Italian (B1/B1+ of the Common
European Framework of Reference for Languages
− some texts can be used at a higher level from a
vocabulary point of view) and who are interested
in using Italian in business and work contexts.
By following the reality of a consulting firm, the
book examines the typical structures of an Italian
standard course, putting them side-by-side to
strictly micro linguistic ones, as for example the
presentation of a company, how to organize and
hold a meeting, types of contracts, types of
companies, marketing a product, or banking terminology. Each unit also presents communicative
functions and lexical and morphosyntactic structures, which are relevant to this linguistic level.
Affare fatto! 2 can be used as a textbook for university students enrolled in Italian for business
courses, for professionals who work in or with foreign companies that have contacts with Italy or,
finally, for personnel who work in foreign branches of Italian companies. The book is also suitable to
be included as a support for the sectoral language within non-specialist Italian language courses.
